Salary'Tobacco Time' is located in Sumner, WA in 'Fred Meyer' plaza.

We are looking for a part-time associate position who can work steady21-29hr/week(3or 4 days a week) to start, flexible on work days. The schedule is likely to be same set schedule weekly. There is always opportunities to grow and get more hours later down the road.
Shifts is usually 2:40pm - 9:10pm. We are looking for Flexible person who can also cover occasional other shift if need switch.
As you work, there will be an opportunity to change shift or become full time if something became available. More hours opportunities are available only if employee proven to be reliable.
Tobacco Time already has AWESOME team members, but we are looking to add one more "part-time" members for "long-term forever employment".
We are located in Sumner and deals with polite/gentle/well-mannered regular customers. We have most updated high tech security in the retail business for safety of our employees and customer.
The establishment is SUPER bright and VERY clean store. We strive to be a brightest, cleanest shop. (Trying to be St*rbucks of smoke shop vibe). Our google review says all (4.9 stars, highest rating of smoke shop in Washington). Recently, Upgraded Security measure to the max, making our shop one of safest retail place to work.
Work is easy and pays well, but has to be 'ON TIME' and 'SHOW UP' on work days is MUST. No last minutes off unless someone is covering you. If off day request is made a couple week ahead of time with good reason, it could be granted easily.
We are looking for a FRIENDLY, POSITIVE ATITUDE, RELIABLE persons. Previous experience is welcome but Definitely NOT required as you can quickly learn. We value personality and teachability more than your previous experience. (don't have to have deep knowledge of products as one will be trained)
Some of the criteria we are looking for:
- Reliable personality (responsible with their WORK DAYS, BEING ON TIME or early, No last minute No-show/off). This is DEAL BREAKER. if you cannotcommit to this PLEASE DO NOT apply.
- Has reliable Car/transportation
- Friendly customers service
- Person who like organizing product NEATLY and CLEAN-ness (big part of this job is constantly RESTOCKING, ORGANIZING, CLEANING, making things look good)
- Healthy (physically and mentally)
- Has good moral
- Has working cell phone
- Always on time or arrive 5 min early.
- Had some cash handling experience.
- Knowledge of vape and glass is plus but NOT required (we will train you. most of employees has don't have knowledge of this in beginning)
- Fast learner with open-mind

We do hold high standard when it comes to hiring. Previous experience in field is great but we look at a person as whole and how one can fit in well with our current team. So, don't be afraid to apply if you have easy going personality with high-responsibility.
(As for a pay, First day is non-paid Training. If we find that you will be a good fit and continue rest of training, previous first day will be turn into paid training and will get paid end of the training period) during training period(depending on how fast you learn can be couple days or unto 1 week) is 15.50, after training rate will be 16.50+tip and will go up fairly quick with your effort/involvement with store)
