Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with wireless or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change accurately
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an asset
