An Asian fusion restaurant in Anaheim is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Associate / Cashier.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Receive and process customer orders, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and handle any modifications
- Responsible for packaging delivery/takeout orders efficiently and accurately and follow packaging guidelines to maintain food quality
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with menu inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Experience handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
