Job Title: Front of House Team Member – Newmarket
Hourly Rate Range: $15-17 plus pooled gratuity
Shift Availability: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Essential Duties:
- Ensure every guest has a professional, high level and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain appealing presentation of any food on display, and cleanliness of display cases and shelving.
- Drive sales by upselling the guest when appropriate”. Example: “Have you tried to new Noble Cold Brew we have on tap?”.
- Mastery of the Toast POS platform.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Checking and receiving orders with outside vendors
- Boxing online orders and checking for accuracy and timeliness
- Maintaining clean and presentable dining room and restrooms
- Ensure proper cash-out procedures, checking tills, filling out the petty cash log in excel, and dropping the cash in the drop box.
- Maintain an accurate sales log.
- Complete weekly inventory report for supplies.
- Complete daily pastry order guide.
- Complete tasks assigned for opening and/or closing.
- All other duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of the Director of Operations.
Physical Requirements:
The Donut Team Member position is a demanding role physically. For this position, you must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach overhead, and lift 40 pounds or more. Additionally, you must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
