Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals entering the store
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about merchandise
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical assistance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or technology sales is desirable
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately
- Knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively sell merchandise
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical details to customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
