Job description
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Ability to work Mon-Fri 10 hour shifts
- Fast learning of multiple software systems
- Responding to and following up on inquiries made by sales staff
- Ability to check work for clerical errors to avoid incorrect ordering
- Great follow up skills to keep customers up to date on orders
- Great phone skills to answer customers questions
- Must be out of high school
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Basic Excel and Word)
- Self-driven, Independent worker but still team player
- Great verbal & Written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to follow directions closely
- Attention to detail is a must-have
