Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and dietary requirements
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Monitor food supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Adhere to all sanitation and health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
