No Way Cafe LLC is a small family owned cafe in West Bend, WI. Our goal is to offer our community gluten free, organic, delicious food and drink with a smile. We would also like to educate our community about health and wellness and offer those healthy options in our cafe.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers with positive, friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Square POS system is a plus
- Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
