- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Promote specials and upsell menu items to increase sales
```Qualifications:```
-Must be able to set up front bakery display
-Able to bake items in an oven.
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic retail math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
