Responsibilities
- Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
- Reconciles cash drawer daily.
- Compiles and maintains verified accounts payable records. Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors.
- Prepares accounts payable checks.
- Reconciles statements and the general ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
- Maintains petty cash system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.
