Cashier And Shift Supervisor

HOURLY PAY: $18-20/Hour + Tips (Average: $4-6/Hour)

THE ROLE:

• Take orders from guests (Call/Walk-In, Online Orders, 3rd Party Deliveries)
• Take payments for orders and closeout checks/tabs
• Complete side work and cleaning responsibilities
• Handle food bagging and restocking condiments
• Resolve all guest complaints and issues in an appropriate manner
• Manage employees on shift and ensure all work is being completed
• Complete side work and maintain clean dining room
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and answer questions/concerns
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the manager within the position

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of cashier/service experience (Required)
• 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience (Required)
• Must have a polished, professional, and relatable demeanor (Required)
• Must have a team-oriented, sales and service driven attitude (Required)
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills (Required)

MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY (MONDAY-SUNDAY) AND WILLING TO WORK BETWEEN 25-40 HOURS.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
