Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Warmly welcome customers and assist them with any inquiries.

- Address and resolve customer concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Cash Handling:
- Process sales transactions for vehicle purchases, service appointments, and parts.
- Handle various forms of payment securely and accurately.
- Reconcile daily cash transactions and report any discrepancies.
- Reception Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting front desk area.
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and test drives.
