As a Cashier/Receptionist at Watsonville GMC, you will be a vital part of our Customer Service team, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Warmly welcome customers and assist them with any inquiries.
• Provide information about GMC vehicles, services, and promotions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Cash Handling:
• Process sales transactions for vehicle purchases, service appointments, and parts.
• Handle various forms of payment securely and accurately.
• Reconcile daily cash transactions and report any discrepancies.
• Reception Duties:
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a well-organized and inviting front desk area.
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and test drives.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform data entry for customer information and service records.
• Assist in maintaining an organized filing system.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams on administrative tasks.
• Communication:
• Effectively communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Inform customers about GMC products, features, and benefits.
• Problem Solving:
• Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:
