Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all patrons
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locate merchandise
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Strong retail sales experience to drive revenue growth
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work area
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Knowledge of electronics sales to assist customers with tech-related products
- Familiarity with cash registers and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Phone etiquette skills for answering customer inquiries or directing calls
