CASHIER / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (7855)

Accent Staffing is hiring a /Scale Operator/Administrative/Cashier/Invoice Assistant for a Tulsa-based business.

We are looking for a jack/jacqueline of all trades. Someone we can train in various capacities within our operation. They will start at our scale buyer position. After training there for a few months or until we feel they have a good understanding of that position that person will move on to a cashier slot for training. From there to an admin assistant and eventually an office managers location to round out the training. This individual must work well with others, have an outgoing personality, able to handle a cash drawer, have reliable transportation and willing to do whatever is asked. Computer experience is a must. This position is a cross training position in all aspects from scales to office manager and everything in between.

Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties
• Cashier
• Scheduler - makes appointments to schedule loads
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background
• Proficient on the computer utilizing various software
• Able to perform transactions - cash / card / etc.

Candidates considered for this job will have to pass a background check and drug test.

Candidates are invited to come into our office Monday through Friday 8:00am-10:00am & 1:00pm-3:00pm. Bring two (2) forms of government-issued identification that proves identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
