Cashier 7 am. Friday, Saturday Sunday mornings

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide prompt and courteous service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Accept payments in the form of cash, credit cards, or mobile payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries about pricing, availability, and product features
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system is beneficial
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are an asset for serving diverse customer needs
