Cash Processing Clerk

Specific Duties include, but not limited to:

• Balance daily cash receipts
• Prepaid balancing
• Batch/post payments
• Process Gemstone refunds
• Match payments
• Process Refunds
• Process monthly credit card payments after statements are generated
• Process phone/email credit card payments
• Maintain A/R email
• Deposit checks
• Take cash deposits to the bank as needed
• Measure daily newspaper and complete supplemental reporting

• Strong Clerical
• Skills with mindfulness to detail.
• Excel knowledge is necessary.
