Cash Accountant

Accounting and Finance – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a detail-oriented individual who will prepare monthly bank reconciliations and daily cash accounting. This position is onsite Monday-Friday in our Virginia Beach Corporate Headquarters.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of cash accounting and reconciliation experience   Knowledge of basic accounting and Cash Accountant procedures Proficient in MS Office and accounting software Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a team Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
