SalaryNew Hope Ministries, a respected Christian social service agency, is seeking a caring and professional individual to provide case management for individuals and families in poverty and from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time position serving at our Lemoyne/West Shore location. Duties include screening low income individuals and families for food, housing, and utility assistance, casework and educational instruction to promote self-sufficiency, and leadership of dedicated volunteers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, social work, organizational, and interpersonal skills, will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (or equivalent in training and experience), and have a desire to show the love of Christ by helping our neighbors in times of need. We are looking for culturally competent candidates with language proficiency in both English as well as one or more of the primary languages spoken by the communities we serve including Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, and Somali.
