The Position: We are looking for a Caseworker Supervisor who is willing to embrace McKinley's mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Caseworker Supervisor is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely services, training new case managers, and supervising the work of other case managers.

Work Location: Remote in Harris or Dallas County

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay we’re offering is $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
  • or a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
  • Spanish Speaking Required
  • Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB test and drug screening
  • Ability to commute to various sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to PRS Caseworkers, ensuring quality and consistency in the delivery of Levels One (1) and Two (2) PRS.
  • The Caseworker Manager will coordinate the caseload of PRS Caseworkers and track the provision of case management services.
  • Responsible for completing appropriate documentation, oversees the case management workflow, and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Oversee the workflows of Level 1 and Level 2 Post Release Services.
  • Offer insights, expertise, and advice on the services provided under Level Three (3) PRS.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for PRS Caseworkers, ensuring they are well-equipped with the latest best practices and knowledge.
  • Ensure efficient and effective case management by PRS Caseworkers, conducting regular reviews and offering feedback.
  • Responsible for contributing to the implementation of UC individual service plans
  • Engaging in crisis intervention when required
  • Ensuring consistently high quality of client care to the UC population.
  • The ability to implement case plans through good professional judgment while maintaining a team approach is essential.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director regarding the progress or elevation needs of UCs.
  • Some travel required e.g. flight, driving, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned
