Step up to the challenges and rewards of working as a caseworker with Bell’s Launch team. The Caseworker is responsible for the supervision of approximately ten (10) Mental Health clients living in supervised apartments and group homes, with 90% of work time spent in direct client interactions, e.g., assisting in developing the client’s daily living skills, aiding in all phases of community adjustment, providing supportive counseling, completing goal plans and assessments, and more. The work schedule rotates on-call weekends and holidays, which may occasionally involve emergency assistance to clients. Caseworker will ensure maintenance and management of apartments in compliance with DPW guidelines and dutifully maintain client records. This is a part-time hourly position.
Minimum requirements: Associate degree in social science or college credits in social science or two years human service experience. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check
