Keys Counseling seeks a self-motivated, detail-oriented Casework Supervisor to join our St. Joe County team. We are looking for a candidate passionate about improving the lives of children and families within their community. The Casework Manager will strengthen current programming and promote the growth of the Keys Counseling casework services in St. Joseph County. As the Casework Supervisor, you will be able to guide and support a team of caseworkers who provide various services in the community to DCS and Juvenile Probation clients, including casework, homemaking, and supervised visitation services. We are seeking a professional candidate who is resourceful, has good communication skills, and is organized. Proven leadership skills are necessary to continue to build the program and interact with referral sources and collateral agencies. The Casework Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising direct team members and will be a part of the growing Leadership Team at Keys Counseling.
Compensation:
- $50,000-$60,000 (dependent on education and experience)

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college
- Experience performing case management duties in the field
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Provide direct supervision of caseworkers & homemakers
- Conduct individual supervision, monthly department meetings
- Assist in training and new staff orientation
- Assign cases and continually assess caseload size and staff availability
- Engage in building relationships with referrals and community agencies
- Identify staff needs and help coordinate appropriate training programs
- Generate necessary reports and documentation regarding the department
- Monitor staff timesheets for hours worked and quality of notes entered
- Review staff monthly reports
- Responsible for employee discipline and corrective action plans
- Assist with intakes and maintain a small caseload of clients, depending on the number of staff you are supervising
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Graduate degree in social work or similar program
- Experience supervising caseworkers
- Knowledge of community resources and related agencies
- Ability to respond professionally to concerns or questions of colleagues and professionals.
