- Has experience as a Case Manager, and knows how to build value in the PI case by ensuring treatment compliance
- Knows how to work with medical providers to advocate for client issues that need to be addressed, and how to keep information flowing between providers and clients
- Appreciates the importance of educating clients on processes/expectations, and prioritizes bi-weekly communication with clients to update them and assure them we are in their corner

The ideal candidate has…
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Case Manager for a PI firm
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- History of maintaining a high volume caseload
- Needles Neos experience a heavy plus, but not required
Our compensation and benefits…
- Base salary of $50,000-$62,000 based on your experience
