Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group (CCWSG) is looking to hire Behavioral Health Case Managers for a Community Clinic and Inpatient Psychiatric care facility in Los Angeles, 90011.
We are looking for Case Managers that are passionate about patient care. An ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, organized, and communicates effectively.
Working
Requirements A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or similar degrees preferred. We are open to working with candidates that have experience as a Case Manager but does not have the specific degree listed.
New Graduates are accepted.
Preferred - A minimum of two years experience working in Human Services as Case Manager, Social Services Case Worker, Educational Psychologist or related field in a psychiatric environment working with clients who are persistently and severely mentally ill, preferred.
CCWSG provides clinical and non-clinical staffing support to PACE centers across the country; we are the nation’s exclusive provider of non-medical, in-home caregivers for the elderly enrolled in PACE programs. Currently, we have over 2,600 caregivers supporting patients in their homes through PACE.
