Position Available:
- Administrative Quality Assurance Specialist (Hybrid position after 30-day training)
Conducts weekly audits of consumer files to determine whether all required program documentation is present, accurate, and has been completed on time in accordance with established regulations and company policies and procedures. Functions as an educational resource to the Associate Program Directors for required documentation. Completes special audit projects as authorized.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Social Services. Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Be detail-oriented and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office programs. Having prior administrative and or experience working in the Human Services field is preferred. Have a valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
