Case Line Production Operator - Entry Level
Atlas Development Group seeks qualified candidates for the position of Entry Level Trainee to fill an immediate opening on second shift, 2:30PM - Midnight, Monday - Friday.

The Case Line Production Operator - Entry Levelposition is a hands-on trainee role responsible for accurate and efficient production line workflow. Demonstrating a consistent ability to perform work expectations outlined in ADG's Case Line Operator Skill & Development Training is paramount to advancement to salaried compensation with paid company benefits included at the Operator Level 1 position and beyond.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Accurately feed all production machines with product to maintain efficient workflow through the production process.
- Troubleshoot and correct basic production machine fault errors to maintain workflow.
- Accurately perform initial and final quality control data measurements on product passing through the production process.
- Accurately perform Entry Level preventative maintenance procedures on machines as assigned.
- Perform all job functions in accordance with established safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment following established 5S guidelines.
- Meet work shift schedule requirements in a consistent and reliable manner.
Qualifications:
- Due to the position requiring interaction with ammunition, ammunition components, firearms and firearm components, ADG cannot employ prohibited persons as defined by 18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n); 27 CFR 478.3.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Adaptability to meet job requirements in a fluctuating workload, team environment based on customer and business needs.
- Willingness to work assigned and periodic overtime to meet customer and business needs.
- Ability to perform physical work including walking, sitting, climbing and lifting up to 50lbs during scheduled shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Entry Level Training Phase - Base hourly compensation of $32,240 ($15.50 hourly rate with paid 1.5x per hour overtime, no benefits).
- Successful transition to Operator Level 1 - Base salaried compensation of $35,360 ($17.00 hourly rate with paid 1.5x per hour overtime, with paid benefits).
- Continued advancement and compensation increase opportunities at Operator Level 2 and beyond.
Paid Benefits at Operator Level 1 & beyond:

Schedule:
- Intermediate shift during 4-6-week training period: 10AM-7:30PM M-F
- Regular shift: 2:30PM-Midnight M-F*
- Half-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks each shift.
- Scheduled Overtime at 1.5x hourly rate for extra hours
- *Shift schedules and periodic overtime subject to change based upon the business needs of the company

Pay: $15.50 - $22.50 per hour
