We currently have an opening for a full-time highly enthusiastic, energetic, Member Service Specialist in our Casa Grande branch. The Member Service Specialist position is responsible and accountable for providing high quality services to Pinal County Federal Credit Union members including handling and posting transactions, accepting payments and verifying funds.
The successful candidate will be willing to work a flexible schedule to support our Monday - Saturday business hours.
This job requires one year of recent cash handling and sales/service experience and the ability to perform math calculations with a high degree of accuracy, and have good knowledge of negotiable instrument elements. Must have basic PC skills and experience with office equipment such as 10-key calculator, and PC keyboard. Requires education associated with high school diploma. Knowledge of products, services and account requirements associated with financial industry services preferred. Bilingual preferred. Must project a professional image. Must be people oriented and a team player!
