ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle.
• Clean engine and engine compartment.
• Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles.
• Operate all tools in a safe manner.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Have a keen eye for detailing.
• Someone who is caring and takes pride in their craft.
• Has an amazing attitude and creates a fun and safe environment.
• Quality... Quality... Quality... It starts with you and ends with the customer returning.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Valid unexpired Driver's License is required.
• Ability to drive a stick shift is a plus.

• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash & detailing packages to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have experience in car detail work.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
The noise level in the detail center is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
