Carpet Service Technician

Technicians at Carpet Pro must be diligent, detail oriented, and enjoy being part of a crew that has each others backs. We provide all training and don't require any previous experience in the field. We only ask new hires be enthusiastic to learn a new skill, motivated to become an integral part of the team and open to evaluation, feedback, and growth.

Our service begins with our technicians. Our most valuable asset is who we employ. That makes our first priority making sure our employee's are satisfied with their position, prepared as they head out into the field and well compensated for their efforts. We have high expectations and a team that holds themselves and each other accountable. There is no space for slackers here.

We work in teams of two, completing jobs throughout the day in a variety of services including Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Carpet Stretching and more. Four day work weeks. As much as we can, we try to make our company an enjoyable place to work. As we grow, we are looking for more individuals who are intelligent, and able to pair customer service with the nitty gritty of blue collar work to sail this ship with.
