Hydradry Inc was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Damage Specialists! We are looking for motivated and versatile individual to help our team grow within the organization. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation and restoration. We are in search of a Carpet Cleaning Technician.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Organized and thorough completing required paperwork
- Ability to operate, control and maintain carpet equipment, vacuums and buffer.
- Shampoo carpets, clean floors.
- Move and then replace furniture to accomplish the assigned floor/carpets needs
- Knowledgeable of the moist effective equipment and chemicals and proactive in keeping up to date with cleaning techniques.
- Return all equipment and materials to their proper storage location at the conclusion of the assigned task workday.
- Always maintains equipment in a clean and functional condition.
- Ability to learn and grow as needs develop
- Upholding all company safety policies.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
- Driving a company vehicle as needed.
- Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions
- Other responsibilities and job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Hold a Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Able to Pass a Pulmonary Function Test / Fit Test
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On-Call
- Weekends
Typical start time:
- 7:30 AM
Typical end time:
- 5:00 PM
