Assured Imaging's Capital location in Tucson, AZ is hiring NOW for full-time Build Technicians for our fast-paced shop. The ideal Build Technician will possess carpentry, general construction, mechanical, and/or metal fabrication skills to assist in custom build-outs of Coaches/RVs and Trailers for mobile medical imaging. We customize and build our mobile medical units from the chassis up for our customers and in-house fleet; these units include climate control/HVAC, generators, bathrooms, exam rooms for radiology, and high-end interior finishes. We offer a competitive pay rate of up to $26/hour with overtime available.

We are looking for employees with carpentry, general construction, mechanical, and/or metal fabrication knowledge, who can skillfully perform a variety of production duties including:

Demonstrates willingness to take direction and follows instructions.

Ability to work in multiple physical positions, such as kneeling, laying under truck, standing, including on ladders, coach roof-tops, etc.

Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned.

Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing).

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor.

Advises supervisor of any issues after daily inspections are completed.

Reads production drawings and recognizes whether the product is set up properly

2 or more years of construction / fabrication experience

Ability to regularly lift at least 75 pounds

Job Type: Full-time, 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
