Carpentry Foreman

Duties:

• Assist with various construction and carpentry tasks such as building homes and home additions, finish work and remodeling, painting, operating hand and power tools.
• Overseeing and assisting with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment.
• Overseeing construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Oversee sites to ensure task completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

Skills:

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of construction/carpentry tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

• Valid ME Drivers License.
• Reliable transportation. preferably a truck to transport materials.
• Minimum 5 years Carpentry/Trade experience
• Basic toolset ownership
