Carpenter/Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work, including but not limited to framing, decking, and building structures
- Assist with general labor tasks such as demolition, clean-up, and material handling
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

Skills:
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including basic framing, sanding, and staining
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Experience in construction/carpentry
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
