Decks N More LLC provides full-service home improvements, including deck and patio construction. We are looking for a full-time, reliable Carpenter/Driver to join us in occasional new construction, interior/exterior remodeling, roofing & siding, framing, decks, and garages. If you have experience as a roofer, builder, or handyperson, consider joining our reputable, faith-based company.

Our Ideal Carpenter/Driver:

• Experience: At least one year of basic construction experience with knowledge of how to read a tape measure and handle a saw is preferred. We are willing to train someone who wants to learn. Comfortable driving a pickup truck with a 16' flatbed trailer or 10' enclosed trailer.
• Willing: Someone eager to learn and serve our customers and the team.
• Dependable: On time for work so we can arrive at the job site at the promised time – someone who is safety-focused and will safely transport the crew & equipment.
• Ideal Team Player: Humble. Driven. Great Interpersonal Skills.
• Quality Focused: We want to deliver our best for our customers and are looking for carpenters with good attention to detail who take pride in their work.
• Professional: Your appearance, words, & actions need to be respectful, presentable, and thoughtful since you work in other people's homes.
• Desire to Learn: We provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates motivated to learn and cross-train on new skills.
• Active: This position requires climbing a ladder, working from heights, kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and the ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and reasonably clean driving record for the past three years. No DOT medical card is needed.
• Provide your nail bag and essential tools: square, measuring tape, hammer, etc.

• $22-$27+/hr. DOE. Willing to pay for your experience!
