Caribbean Cuisine Line Cook

Judys Island Grill II in Glen Burnie, MD is looking for a Line Cook (experience in Caribbean cuisine is a plus) to join our strong vibrant team. We are located on 800 Crain Hwy N Ste A. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems

Compensation commensurate with experienceYour wage or salary, if hired, is variable. Personal factors such as your demonstrated hard and soft skills, level of education, history in the sector or industry, and relevant workexperiencewill all be evaluated.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
