SalaryWe are currently hiring for a Caretaker for an Apartment Community in Northeast Minneapolis in the Holland District, for 40 hours per week.
We are looking for applicants who:
- have prior Apartment Caretaker or Porter experience
- have prior Porter, Janitorial or customer service experience
- possess a can-do attitude, are self-motivated and reliable
- is honest and dependable and a hard-worker
- is a team-player with attention to detail
Daily duties/responsibilities include:
- disinfecting all common surfaces 3 times per day: door knobs & handles, entry windows, laundry rooms, elevator doors & buttons, restrooms and more
- picking up trash, mopping & sweeping
- power washing trash enclosures & sidewalks
- vacuuming hallways, entrances, etc.
- cleaning all common areas including: laundry rooms, building entrances, rental office, hallways, restrooms, fitness & community rooms, etc.
- Completing a property daily cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed
- Maintaining the property curb appeal
- Assisting with minor snow removal as needed
- Working with the Maintenance Manager
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Compensation Includes:
- Hourly Pay Rate = $17.00 per hour
- 40 hours per week = Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Personal Time Off including Sick time (Employees accrue up to 20 days of PTO in years 1-4)
