Caregiving

Right Choice Caregiving currently has live-out positions available for CNA/ HHA's and Caregivers who are Caring, Reliable, and Punctual and have at least three years of experience. Potential candidates must have knowledge of ADL's (Activities of Daily Living), light housekeeping, transportation if needed (not mandatory).
Schedules: flexible schedules, Day/ Night shifts, Part-time, and Full-time.

Hourly Shift Caregivers Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Social Security Card
• Reliable Transportation
• CPR Card
• TB Skin test and or Chest X-Ray, Physical (all must be current)
• COVID vaccination (preferred but not required)
• HCA registered (If not, needs to be registered upon hire)

Caregivers responsibilities:

• Provide Non-Medical care to clients in a home setting
• Personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises (using assistive devices at times)
• Meal planning, preparation and assistance with feedings
• Provide emotional support through conversation, encouragement and recreational activities
• Take clients to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, pharmacy, etc.
• Assist clients with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living)
• Light house cleaning such as laundry, sweeping, vacuuming the floor, mopping, washing dishes, etc. and any other request made by the client
