Caregivers: Weekends Only

CARE PROVIDER 1

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Good physical and emotional health
• Experience and or interest in Geriatric Nursing
• Full time or Part-time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

EXPECTATIONS:

• Knowledge and compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Attendance at all staff and facility meetings
• Ability to work with residents and staff
• Complete all pre-inservice and annual training required by state/facility
• Work your scheduled days or find coverage for your shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for carrying out those parts of the health process in which he/she has completed training and has been directed to carry out by the supervisor.

In order to accomplish this, he/she is responsible for:

• Basic resident care
• reporting observations to RCM, RN or Administrator
• Documentation according to policy
• Read 24-hour book each shift
• Give/receive report at shift change
• Comply with facility policies and procedures
• Providing input for care conferences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
