Caregivers Needed! Immediate Work

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and seniors. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and seniors
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as required
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
- Document observations and report any changes in behavior or health status

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
- Knowledge of direct support systems and techniques
- Ability to perform patient care tasks such as taking vital signs and administering medication
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals under your care
- First aid certification is a plus
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
