We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team In Waco Tx As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with various needs, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, or other special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Medication Reminder's according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by supervisors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Promote resident rights and maintain confidentiality of personal information
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of patient care systems and techniques is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with various of disabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation including auto insurance
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Familiarity with Home Health and assisted living facilities is beneficial
