Pay Rate: $13.00/hr - $17.00/hr (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in Star City, WV (Outside of Morgantown WV):
 

• Monday - Friday (TBD - Clients family works 4-10 hour days)
   

Client Diagnosis: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Heart Condition (A-Fib), Chronic Frailty, Hearing/Mobility Impairment, Fall Risk - Last Fall was August 2023 (broke hip), Rheumatoid Arthritis, Partial Hip Replacement 

NOTE: Client has a dog and cat that are both friendly. 

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Cooking and Light Housekeeping
• Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
• Grocery Shopping
• Companionship
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
• Driving to Appointments and Errands
• Walking and Transfer Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• ADL's
• Ambulation
• Change Depends
• Transportation - Does not need vehicle.

Caregiver Requirements: 

• At least 1 year experience
• 2 Step TB Test 
• Pass Criminal Background Checks
• Pass Child Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting
• Covid-19 Vaccination
