Exciting Homecare Agency-Angels On Call is hiring a floater as a Caregiver, as well as someone with tech savvy skills to grow into an entry-level Office Assistant for our Reading, PA office. This is a great opportunity for someone that has home care experience and is looking to expand their experience into an entry-level office role!

Responsibilities:

• Provide On Call services for patients that need caregiver support
• Manages phone calls in a supportive, reassuring manner
• Assists with the required compliance items of caregivers
• Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect
• Assisting the team as needed

Requirements:

• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills with an interest in Home Care
• Must be tech savvy & organized
• Must have a caregiver background (HHA)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• Office experience (Preferred)
• Caregiver experience (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Work Location: In person/ On the road

License:

• Valid Driver's License in the state of PA

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reading , PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
