Position: Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide
Shift Schedule: Dayshift ( 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm )
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to residents by their individual care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Observe and report any resident condition or behavior changes to the nursing staff.
• Support residents in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a facility or homecare setting.
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
