Caregiver/Female Caregiver/Sunday's 2P To 6 P Flexible

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes or residential settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Escort individuals to appointments or social activities
- Implement individualized care plans
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct support or home care preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with nursing home or social work settings is beneficial
- Ability to perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering first aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
