Part-time $20-$21 overnight weekends

RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry. Flexible scheduling available.We do have a no sleeping policy.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RNS’ Vehicle Safety Program
- Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies
- Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities
- Daily access to RNS’ email
- Knowledge of the English language
- Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
- Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range
Responsibilities:
- Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager.
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
- Has working knowledge of home safety.
- Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
- Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client.
- CPR certified or certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current TB test or tested within 90 days of hire.
- Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed.
- Participates in staff meetings and in-servicing.
