Job Types: Full-time shifts available
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living according to unique care plans
- Accompany clients on recreation and leisure activities
- Assist in behavioral and personal care services
- Implement individual plans as written
- Increase independence in the community
- Ability to understand and implement a variety of Community Support Plans and Individual Service Plans per client outcomes and goals
- Ability to track and chart data daily in line with company expectations
- Attend, assist, and engage in team meetings as needed
- Maintain communication with managers and supervisors
- Complete assigned trainings within required time
- Other related job duties as requested
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses
- CPR and First Aid certification
Sign-on Bonus
- April 3, 2023 - June 30, 2023
- $1,000 paid on 90th & 180th day
- New Hire has to work at least 30 hours a week to be eligible
