• Hourly wage starts at $16/ hour. Goes up to $21/ hour.
• We pay 1.5X for OT (over 40 hours). We also pay 1.5X for many holidays.
• You are eligible to participate in 401K (retirement savings) plan
• You are also eligible to get other benefits (Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Disbursement, and many more)
• Earn PTO time if you work 1000 hours in a year (after working 90 days).
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between client locations and client errands
• Flexible schedules with Daytime Shifts from 4 hours to 12 hours
• Overnight Shifts Available from 8 hours to 12 hours
• Paid training provided, no experience necessary

Requirements to become a Caregiver with Home Instead®:

• Valid Driver's License
• Car with auto insurance
• At least 21 years old
• Respect for seniors and their property
• Effectively communicate in English
• Live in Montgomery County
