Form of workLiberty of Oklahoma Corporation is now hiring "Habilitation Specialists" for our new state-of-the-art facility at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid.
This is a challenging and rewarding position which will require you to work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and behavioral challenges.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring clients are well cared for and safe at all times, by providing direct services and face-to-face care
- Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health and safety
- Providing appropriate interventions as necessary, when clients are at risk
- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living – and helping them build related skills
- Helping clients to build pro-social skills, which will foster their independence and good health
As a Habilitation Specialist and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:
- $16.97 per hour (approximately $35,300 annually)
- An additional $0.37 per hour / shift differential for any hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am
- $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid with first pay check + $250 every 3 months for the first year of your employment)
