Professional Care Technicians make $16.35 per hour.
Positions in the Marshall, MI area for a Professional Care Tech
2nd shift positions 32-40 hours weekly and every other weekend
and 3rd Shift Part Time with every other weekend.
Minimum requirements that all candidates must meet:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to meet the physical and behavioral needs of the vulnerable people we support.
- Be able to perform all duties essential to the health, safety and well-being of the people we support.
- Be compassionate, caring, patient, understanding and report to work on time.
- Pass a Criminal background check Expungement Assistance (michigan.gov)
- Valid driver’s license preferred, possible options for those without a driver license and working on getting a license.
- Pass a Physical exam and TB test.
- Must complete all required training within specific time frame. This is on the job training necessary for this a successful career as a PCT, training includes CPR/First Aid, Mandt, and much more.
- Provide three-character references.
- Be able to work any day of the week, includes Saturday and Sunday along with possible Holidays.
- Maintain confidentiality following all HIPPA and Hitech Security laws
