City: Kewaskum, Wisconsin

Shift: 1st shift (7am-3pm) part-time // 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) part-time

Pay: $15/hour

Residental Caregiver Job Duties:

• Provide verbal support and coaching through acts of daily living (this is not a physically taxing role - we are NOT cares based).
• Build positive, professional relations with our clients through fun activities and quality time.
• Complete light house care duties as assigned per shift (running dishwasher, mopping floors, vacuuming, etc.)
• During the daytime, transporting clients to and from their places of work, activities, programming, and/or doctor's appointments as scheduled by your House Lead.
• Provide a generally positive and outgoing light to our already strong teams and comfortable homes!

Requirements for this role:

• Applicants must be 18 years or older (we employ college students in healthcare study fields, as TCG is a great entry level workplace).
• Possess a valid state of Wisconsin Driver's License for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities; 3rd shift does not require.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability to work every other weekend, and some holidays according to rotation (holiday pay and overtime are provided).
