- Must be able to assist with meal preperation, personal care assistance (showering, dressing, and additional daily living activities.
- Must demonstrate respect, integrity, responsibility and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Provides companion support through communicating, self-advocacy, person centered planning.
- Assist with personal care and health care assistance. Including but not limited to meal planning and preparation, shopping, laundry, housekeeping, light home maintenance, and day to day decision making. Participants have the right to make their own decision making.
- Assist with financial management including minimal purchases, receipt verification and reconciliation. Execute integrity and good judgment when assisting with funds.
- Helps participants with emotional support, community integration, socialization, entertainment, community engagement, social activities, social relationships and family engagement.
- Collaborate with individuals on the team such as families, day programs, employment programs, and additional team members on a need to know basis as recommended by management.
- Executes good judgment and responds to emergency situations in an appropriate manner.
- Reports and responds to any changes in the status of the all participants immediately.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.99 - $17.00 per hour
